Mennonite Brethren Scholarship Program
Fresno Pacific University values its ties to Mennonite Brethren churches and wishes to strengthen that relationship while equipping tomorrow's leaders. Qualified MB students who enroll for the first time as undergraduates or as graduate students in the Biblical Seminary are eligible to receive a generous financial aid package. This commitment helps to ensure a quality university education is available to students whose personal faith has already allowed God to begin the process of transforming them into the leaders He created them to be.
Eligibility Requirements
Students must be members of or attend an MB congregation as their home church prior to enrollment.
Financial Details
- Undergraduate students - All qualified students receive a minimum financial aid package of at least $8,000*. For President's Scholars** the minimum package is $10,000. Other scholarships are also available if a student's financial need allows.
- Graduate students - All qualified students receive a 25 percent tuition discount at the Biblical Seminary.
Application Requirements
- Freshman students must be admitted with a grade-point average of 3.1 or above. Transfer students must be admitted with a GPA of at least 2.4. Students must apply for all available financial aid.

*This number represents the minimum financial aid package that will be offered when an MB student applies for all FPU academic and/or performance awards combined any federal or state grants. Outside scholarships may be added to the minimum financial aid package if need allows. This minimum MB financial aid package is renewable at the same dollar amount for up to four years.
**A 3.6 GPA and total of 1150 for the math and verbal section of the SAT or a 26 ACT score and a personal history of leadership in church, school or community are required to apply for the President's Scholarship.
