The Business Forum seeks to inspire the community on topics central to the university: leadership, ethics and values, creating healthy communities and organizations. It has become one of the largest events of its kind in Fresno, attracting sold-out audiences.

In October 2011, Daniel Pink spoke to over 900 people at the Fresno Convention Center. Past speakers have included Blake Mycoskie, Ken Blanchard, John Maxwell and John Wooden.
