Personal: Marco hails from Hamburg, Germany... son of Wilhelm and Margit Foelz... transfered to FPU from Univ. of Hamburg and De Anza College... enjoys music, movies, friends and sports... is a buisness management major.

Prior to FPU: Marco has played in numerous tournaments and championships... 5 times Hamburg Team Champion, repeatedly singles and doubles champion, won 33 singles tournaments... highest ranking of #19 in DTB Juniors.

2005-06 season: Achieved a 15-7 singles record and 12-14 doubles record... spent most of his time in the fourth and fifth slots (11-6) for the Sunbirds... finished the year with a NAIA ITA #15 ranking with partner Matt Carroll... registered 10 GSAC wins with a .909 GSAC win percentage including a 11 game win streak... named NAIA All-American Scholar Athlete.

2006-07 season: Marco achieved a 13-5 singles record and a 10-12 doubles record with partner Victor Medina… spent most of the year in the #3 slot for the Sunbirds.
