Personal - Rosa hails from Mexico... parents are Samybel and Joseluis... is an only child... home church is First Assembly of God... nickname is Rosita... choose Fresno Pacific because she wanted the Christian atmosphere as well as having her major, which is Spanish Literature & Language... enjoys singing and writing poetry.

Prior to FPU - Rosa earned her letters in cross country, volleyball and soccer... helped lead the Spartan soccer team to 4 IVL championships... was the CUH MVP her junior year.

As a freshman (2005) - Rosa appeared in 8 of the Sunbird's 17 matches, including 2 starts... registered 1 goal on 2 shots, with a .500 shooting percentage, her goal was a game winner against Master's College.
