• Statement of intent (1-2 pages explaining your goals)
• Three references (see form below)
• Official transcript of BA/BS degree

If your GPA is under a 3.0, you will also need the following:

• Writing sample (review of business article)
• GPA letter of explanation
• Learning And Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI)
