• Basic tumbling skills including:
  • forward rolls
  • back extension rolls
  • cartwheels
  • roundoffs
  • bridges with a kick over
• Stunting:
  • how to stunt
  • stunt positions:
    • base
    • back spot
    • front spot
    • flyer
    • thigh stands
    • half's and full's
    • shoulder sits
• Dance: Students will be taught a routine that all of the students will perform on Wednesday at the conclusion of the camp.
• Sideline cheers, both offense and defense
