The Center for Community Transformation (CCT) is a new effort to connect the strengths of the university with the resources of the region to transform cities. Part of the Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary and located in North Hall on the seminary campus, CCT supports entrepreneurial creativity, spiritual freedom, economic vitality and justice, environmental integrity, cross-cultural/social collaboration and political health in the Central Valley. Randy White, D.Min., associate professor of community transformation, is the center director. Cory Seibel, Ph.D., assistant professor of pastoral ministries, is associate director.
