• June 15, 2013 — Early registration deadline
• July 8, 2013 — Online registration deadline*
• July 12, 2013 — Final registration deadline (no registrations will be accepted after this date)

*Registrations after this date will be charged a $50 convenience fee.

Rates

All rates are per person and include on-campus meals. All excursions are included with the exception of the evening at Riverpark on Monday, July 22.

**This rate is valid for a spouse for family member who wishes to attend the conference with you and should not be used for another employee of your institution.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration without penalty if written cancellation requests are received on or before June 10, 2013. Due to financial obligations incurred by Fresno Pacific University, a credit of 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received on or before June 23, 2013. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received after June 24, 2013. All cancellation requests must be received via email to Charity Brown at charityb@fresno.edu.

Cancellations received:

• By June 10, 2013 — full refund
• By June 23, 2013 — 50% refund
• On or after June 24, 2013 — no refund

Name changes from the same institution are permitted until July 12, 2013.
