Elementary Curriculum on the Web will introduce elementary K-6 educators to curriculum support resources available on the WWW. Course participants will explore their state elementary curriculum content standards and online resources including: educator support sites, elementary curriculum support resources, enrichment resources, teacher tools and reference/research resources. They will develop online research skills that will enable them to efficiently locate additional resources on the web, and will develop two projects based on their research. This online course was developed in alignment with elementary content standards for all 50 states and with the ISTE National Technology Standards for Teachers. Course participants will work with the support of an experienced online instructor who is also an elementary technology educator.
