Fresno for Art Students
Regardless of what artistic path you choose, Fresno Pacific's art program is in an ideal place to study. In Fresno, FPU students are exposed to some of the Central Valley's best local artistic talent and collections. Students are also just a short commute to some of the finest art venues, museums, galleries and art organizations in the world. Our central location gives students a wide variety of opportunities to visit, volunteer and intern.
- Fresno Art Museum - The Fresno Art Museum exhibitions include a wide range of contemporary as well as modern works by local, national and international artists along with additional emphasis on Mexican art from pre-Columbian times to the present. With the planned bequest of significant collections of pre-Columbian ceramics and French post-impressionist graphics, the museum is working to serve as both an educational facility and a repository for important collections from the Central Valley.
