The Events Office provides a variety of services for those planning any kind of event on the main Fresno campus.* For any meeting, event or gathering in any area on campus, both indoor and outdoor, the following services are offered:
- Main campus room/space scheduling
- Facilities set-up (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, lighting, tenting, field stripping/preparation, etc.)
- Food/catering requests (from coffee to a full-catered meal)
- Vendor listing for any event rental needs
- Assistance in planning for outside groups meeting on campus
