Events Office
The Events Office provides a variety of services for those planning any kind of event on the university campus. For any meeting, event or gathering in any area on campus, both indoor and outdoor, the following services are offered:
- Facilities set-up (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, lighting, tenting, field striping/preparation, etc.)
- Food/catering requests (from coffee to a full-catered meal)
- Decorative items check-out (vases, candle holders, etc.)
- Vendor listing for any event rental needs
- Assistance in planning for outside groups meeting on campus
