Events Office

The Events Office provides a variety of services for those planning any kind of event on the main Fresno campus.* For any meeting, event or gathering in any area on campus, both indoor and outdoor, the following services are offered:

  • Main campus room/space scheduling 
  • Facilities set-up (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, lighting, tenting, field stripping/preparation, etc.)
  • Food/catering requests (from coffee to a full-catered meal)
  • Vendor listing for any event rental needs
  • Assistance in planning for outside groups meeting on campus
