Professional and service experiences
- I have sung across the United States and in Canada and Europe in concert, oratorio, recital, opera, musical theatre and jazz. I have taught voice privately since 1979 and at the collegiate level since 1991. I have successfully taught students ranging from beginners of eight years old through those completing graduate degrees.
Other information
- I have been singing publicly since the age of two years and have studied music formally since the age of eight.
- I am married to Rev. Wink Farrand. We have a son, John, and two dogs—one of who despises singing in any form, any style, by anyone in person, or on recording or television.
