For those students who have received their California Preliminary Credential and yet need to receive their clear credential, Fresno Pacific University offers one of the few clear credential programs approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing in the valley.

Designed for educators who want to focus on new, creative approaches to curriculum development, this master's degree has three different program options:

This program was developed to meet the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing standards for the reading certificate. Not only extremely practical and theoretically sound, it provides teachers with the opportunity to learn how to instruct students K-12 so they will become thoughtful, proficient, engaged readers.
