Master of Arts in Educational Technology

This master's degree explores applications of technology in education. Participants will develop an expertise in using technology as a tool to enhance students’ learning. Computers, multimedia, networks, telecommunications and the like are becoming a larger part of how schools operate. Technology improves the efficiency of a school’s operation and provides an environment to integrate curriculum aids in the assessment of student learning. Coursework includes both skills and theory focusing on the pedagogy of effectively using technology in the classroom. Candidates should possess a teaching credential or express an interest in the educational uses of technology.
