Professional experiences
- I was a teacher in Fresno Unified School District for 16 years prior to coming to FPU. During that time I served as a classroom teacher, a reading specialist and as a teacher on special assignment with the curriculum department. Once at Fresno Pacific, I continued to be active in the public school setting by spending time regularly in an elementary multi-age classroom on a weekly basis. I have been involved in numerous professional development presentations for schools in the Central Valley. I am currently working with the Valley Arts and Science Academy providing inservice sessions.
