Peggy Avakian has been instrumental in creating the master of arts in leadership studies program at Fresno Pacific University. Her leadership and vision have shaped the program to focus on changing lives and transforming organizations. Her extensive experience and educational background in leadership and organization development bring added value and quality evidenced throughout the program. She has been a psychological consultant to hundreds of individuals, groups, and organizations. Dr. Avakian's research and private practice work focus on cultural and psychological approaches toward change and transformation.
