Donor Requested Projects

This form is to be completed by anyone wishing to fund or raise funds for a new facility, capital project, endowment, scholarship, etc. Once completed, it will be sent to the Fresno Pacific University Advancement Office for review and a team member will get back to you within one week with any questions, comments or follow up requests.
