Leadership Minor
The leadership minor is designed for students who seek a basic exposure to and understanding of leadership. Graduates obtain an enhanced perspective that can be valuable to a wide variety of accompanying majors.

Courses in the leadership minor focus on perspectives and theories in leadership, and how leadership impacts organizations. An emphasis is required allowing students to select an area of interest which complements his/her goals and career plans.
