Master of Arts in TESOL

The master of arts in TESOL incorporates the study of relevant theory accompanied by practical applications in the classroom. Teachers learn current trends in the classroom and which certain practices are most successful and why. In addition, this degree offers a community of collaboration among students and peers.

Our Graduates

Whether graduates work abroad or teach in the United States, this degree prepares them for positions in intensive English programs designed for international students, as well as for adult education programs for refugees and immigrants. In addition, it allows graduates to teach writing and reading at the community college level.
