Degree Application forms are available for download. To participate in commencement the following deadlines apply:

• September 30, 2009 (2009 fall commencement ceremony)
  January 31, 2010 (2010 spring commencement ceremony)
• 
  Commencement gown information is requested on the Degree Application form. To ensure your correct size is ordered, please refer to the Gown Size Chart.

Commencement eligibility is determined by the guidelines stated in the university catalog. Eligibility deadlines apply:

• October 1, 2009 (2009fall commencement ceremony)
  March 1, 2010 (2010 spring commencement ceremony)

Conferral of degrees occurs after a final evaluation determines all degree requirements have been fulfilled.
