While the deadline for registering is December 15th, it is possible that the program may fill up prior to that. In such cases, spaces will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure your spot on the trip, early registration is recommended. There are only 8 - 12 spots!

1. Download and complete the Policies & Procedures form. This is important to do first because it lays out eligibility guidelines.

2. Complete the Application form. (Follow the link to Google Docs.)

3. Download and complete the Emergency Info form.

4. Download and complete the Statement of Insurance form.

5. Download and complete the Risk & Participation Agreement form.
