  • I value being able to unapologetically raise issues of faith within the context of my discipline, and I also have the honor of teaching persons committed to representing God’s agenda in the world. I desire to prepare future teachers with both a faith world view and the knowledge to make a difference in the lives of children.

Scholarly interests 

  • I write for children. It is the most scholarly, highly disciplined and challenging thing I do.
