Communication encompasses a broad skill set that is critical to almost any role people fill in the workplace, the church or in society overall. The communication minor equips students with this skill set, helping develop an understanding of successful communication processes and practices.

The communication minor has been designed to complement almost any major program. Beyond the required courses a broad range of electives is offered. Elective topics include journalism, scriptwriting, film studies, internet communication and much more.

As with the major, the skills and knowledge gained from the communication minor are valuable in virtually any career-or service-field, making this program an ideal compliment to most majors.
