Meet the Teams

Enterprise Applications 

  • The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for development and support of the Datatel system, Campus Cruiser portal system, Blackboard learning system, SQL services and other database-related systems.

Technical Services 

  • The Technical Services team is responsible for support and training of all campus computing and telecommunications systems and is comprised of the Helpdesk and telecommunications office. The Helpdesk is designed to assist end users with technical and functional questions and problems. The telecommunications office is designed to assist end users with telephony and cellular support and integration.

Institutional Research 

  • The Office of Institutional Research is responsible for providing the university with information that supports institutional planning, policy formation and decision-making, and coordinating responses to external and internal inquiries for university-related information.

Network Services

  • The Network Services team is responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance and management of networked systems used for the transmission of information in voice, data and/or video formats.

Office of the CIO

  • The Office of the CIO incorporates the administrative team of the information technology services department and the coordinator of institutional research. This office is responsible for university-wide strategic planning, purchasing, implementation and policy related to information technology.
