Salesforce links FPU to the Super Bowl
Super Bowl commercial fans who checked out the Brandbowl competition for the best ad during the game may have caught a familiar sight. Those who clicked on Salesforce ads for its Chatter product saw the university logo and a testimonial from Jonathan Maher, FPU institutional research data analyst.
Salesforce is a leading CRM (Customer/Constituent Relationship Management) platform used by more than 60,000 companies, including Dell, Starbucks and Kaiser Permanente. Salesforce makes its premium product affordable to Fresno Pacific through its foundation.
“We use Salesforce to help manage the recruiting process for our adult students in graduate, bachelor’s degree completion and seminary programs, as well as relationships with FPU’s top donors,” Maher said today. “With is features and functionality, Salesforce can be customized for our needs.”
Admissions can keep tabs on the entire recruiting process and help each team member track what they need to do next to help prospects become students. Processes that used to require manual input can be automated, and managers can get real-time information.
Chatter allows for connections between staff members to be made across regional centers and across areas of responsibility.
