The art program at Fresno Pacific University is designed for everyone with an interest in art. Whether you're a serious art student or someone who just wants to add a bit of creativity to your life, we offer an art major with three different emphases, an art minor and art classes designed just for you. Our innovative, hands-on program is where students learn essential artistic skills from top-tiered faculty.
The visual arts major, whether a studio, art administration or graphic arts emphasis, requires much time, energy, talent and dedication on behalf of its students. FPU recognizes and seeks to reward this commitment through scholarships.
For more information on art scholarships, contact Rebecca McMillen, art program director, at rebecca.mcmillen@fresno.edu or 559-453-2365.
Regardless of what artistic path you choose, Fresno Pacific's art program is in an ideal place to study. In Fresno, FPU students are exposed to some of the Central Valley's best local artistic talent and collections. Students are also just a short commute to some of the finest art venues, museums, galleries and art organizations in the world. Our central location gives students a wide variety of opportunities to visit, volunteer and intern.
