Among the 284 new graduates December 11 were a dozen representing the first cohort of the global MBA program.
The first cohort of students began the 16-month, 41-unit program in August 2009 at the North Fresno Center. The program consists of weekly evening classes and online component. In all, three cohorts are now going in Visalia and Bakersfield as well as North Fresno.

Undergraduate alumni and a current graduate student brought students a progress report on life beyond graduation February 8, 2008.
The Fresno Pacific University School of Business hosted Sheila Kamps, Martin Acree and Susana Garcia during College Hour. Acree and Kamps are business grads now involved in professions. Garcia is pursuing a career while working on her master’s degree.

John Ward began as president for business affairs at Fresno Pacific University January 1, 2003. He will work with president D. Merrill Ewert and others to set financial goals and have day-to-day responsibility for the university’s budget of over $20 million. He will also oversee several departments, including the business office, human resources, information services, auxiliary services and facilities management.
