Another year of doing good and having a good time took place April 5-6 on the main FPU campus.
The 46th West Coast Mennonite Sale & Auction for World Relief raised more than $200,000 for the international relief work of Mennonite Central Committee. The multidenominational agency works “In the name of Christ” in more than 50 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Canada and the United States.
A special feature of this year’s sale was a car auction. Other activities included:
During your annual trek to the MCC Sale make sure to stop by the Alumni Café.
This year in addition to buying a cup of coffee to support a great cause and visiting with other alumni, you will be able to say goodbye to retiring President Ewert and his wife, Priscilla, and hello to incoming President Menjares and his wife, Virginia.

- Friday: 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
The Alumni Café is located on the southeast corner of the green.

More than 60 young adults will gather at FPU to take part in the Global Anabaptist Peacebuilders (GAP) Institute of West Coast Mennonite Central Committee from June 17-25, 2011.
