Rick Bartlett, Director of Constituency Relations for MB Biblical Seminary and Student Dean for its Fresno, CA campus, graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree from George Fox University on December 15. The focus of the D.Min was Christian leadership in the emerging culture.

Bartlett’s thesis was titled “A Seven Strand Cord: Braiding Together Leadership Development for Mid-adolescents.” Bartlett says he chose an emphasis on high school students because “the world they inhabit today is already the emerging culture.”

MB Biblical Seminary is delighted to announce the appointment of Rick Bartlett as the Ministry Quest program director effective June 2003. Ministry Quest is a program giving High School Youth the opportunity to explore ministry as a vocational option. Ministry Quest is the High School component of the "Hearing The Call" project directed by John Neufeld. In addition to Directing Ministry Quest, Rick will teach courses and lead seminars in youth ministry, leadership development and discipleship.
