Danielle is a freshman from Quito, Ecuador, majoring in liberal studies.

"I chose to come to Fresno Pacific University mainly because it is a Christian university. I also received more financial help from FPU than any other college I applied for. My hope is to gain a Christian education that will strengthen my walk with God as well as give me a head start into society. My future plans are to graduate from FPU and then obtain my credentials to teach.
Alexis is a freshman from Fresno, California, and her major is undeclared.

"I decided to come to Fresno Pacific because I felt that it was the best school for me. It is a small Christian school, and I felt that I would get a great education. I also felt that I would make a lot of great friends here at Fresno Pacific. My plans for college are to get good grades, get a good education, and make great friends. After college, I plan on finding a job and having a family."
Anthony is a freshman from Madera, California, majoring in pre-health sciences.

"I came to Fresno Pacific because I wanted to go to a university with a Christian environment. I wanted to grow not only academically, but also emotionally and spiritually. I know when I come out of here, I will be a better man than I would have been going to a public school.

On Monday, November 29 Fresno Pacific University took a group of twelve individuals to Hollywood, CA to participate in a taping of The Price is Right. The group was comprised of nine leadership students and three staff members.
Attending the taping is a unique experience, and a fun one at that. Participants get to be a part of the actual show and audience. This was the first time ever doing something like this for most in the group.
