Martins receive keys to the city for work in Lowell neighborhood

Joanie Martin, adjunct faculty in teacher education, and her husband, Dr. Marty Martin, were awarded Keys to the City Thursday by Mayor Ashley Swearengin at the annual State of the City luncheon.
