Fresno Pacific University Designated Subjects Education (DSE) credential classes end July 31, 2019.
For currently enrolled DSE credential students, FPU will continue to offer a full slate of courses until July 31, 2019, enabling you to complete your coursework at FPU.
For currently enrolled students with coursework completed by July 31, 2019, we will continue to work with you during the preliminary credential period to meet additional requirements to clear your credential. Requirements include Health, Constitution and successful CTE teaching experience. Please contact the FPU Student Financial Services Office at 559-453-2041 regarding any outstanding balances owed. The university will release transcripts for accounts is paid in full. Those interested in DSE credentials CTE, Career Technical Education, Special Subjects, Supervision & Coordination may wish to contact Orange County Office of Education at https://new.ocde.us/CTE/Pages/courses.aspx. Orange County which will work with FPU candidates to create a plan to facilitate completion of all credential requirements. For those who may choose to wait, the Fresno County Office of Education is applying to become a program sponsor and anticipates beginning classes in fall 2019.
