Registration Instructions

Please note: While the deadline for registering is February 1st, it is possible that the program may fill up prior to that. In such cases, spaces will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure your spot on the trip, early registration is recommended. Furthermore, scholarship for TUG students will be alloted primarily on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Download the application check-list and fill it out.  Check off each item once it is completed to keep track of when you have finished the application process.
  2. Download the application forms for Fresno Pacific University listed below. There are four of them. Print them and then fill them out by hand.
  3. Download the Jerusalem University College application form. Please follow the following instructions while filling it out:
    • A.  Title Page: Do not return the forms to Jerusalem University College as instructed. Rather, you need to return them to Brian Schultz (not Arnie Prieb) by February 1st at the latest. (If February 1st falls on a weekend, the application is due on the last previous working day.)
    • B.  Page 1:
      1. Check off “Program A.”
      2. Don't forget to choose whether or not you want to add the optional two and half day Jordan extension (additional fees apply).
      3. Fill out all PERSONAL INFORMATION. Be sure to write your name exactly as it is registered in your passport. Be careful to be accurate with the passport issue and expiry dates.
      4. Have the Registrar’s Office fill out the box at the bottom of the page.
    • C.  Page 2: Do not include any fees with this application. (See point 4 below.)
      1. Date and sign bottom of the page.
      2. Do not fill out the box FOR OFFICE USE ONLY.
    • D.  Pages 3 & 4:
      1. Read and initialize all STATEMENTS AND AGREEMENTS. Sign and date the STATEMENTS AND AGREEMENTS in the presence of a witness who will also sign the document. Be sure to have your signature witnessed. Your application is not complete without it.
      2. Check any that apply to you in REQUIRED HEALTH STATEMENT – PART I.
    • E.  Page 5: Have your physician complete PART II if needed. (See instructions on application form.)
    • F.  Page 6: Optional: Fill out the optional ADDITIONAL INFORMATION on the last page.
  4. Pay your deposit of $300 to the cashier in MacDonald Hall. The deposit is fully refundable until January 29th. Ask the cashier for a receipt to attach to this application. View the payment timeline.
  5. Register for the one unit ICS-300-Orientation: Israel. To avoid a late fee, this must be done during the first two weeks of second semester. (See information below.)
  6. Once your application is complete, please return it to Brian Schultz or to the box outside his office door in the Seminary Building (room #210).
  7. Make sure you have a valid passport. (See information below). Be sure to bring either your passport or a copy of it with you when you drop off your completed application form.

Other Important Information


  • If you do not have a passport, allow yourself 6-8 weeks for the application procedure. 
  • If you do have a passport, please be sure that it is valid for at least an additional six months after your return from Israel. Israel customs has been known to turn people away at the boarding gate or immediately upon arrival in Israel. Therefore, if your passport expires prior to six months after your anticipated return, please renew it.

ICS-300 Registration:

  • Should you decided to join the Israel trip after the last day for add/drop without penalty, do know that your fee can be waived by submitting a petition. It can be downloaded here.
  • Registration for the one unit ISC-300 does not count towards your maximum 18 units allowed, meaning that you can have 18 units plus ICS-300 without having to pay additional tuition fees.
