Professor and alumni talk about restorative justice on KNXT

One professor and two alumni discussed restortative justice on Catholic Social Teaching 101, a program on KNXT-TV in Fresno.

Mark D. Baker, Ph.D., professor of mission and theology, Ivan Paz, (MA ’15, BA ’09) and Sheri Wiedenhoefer (MA ’04, BA ’85) participated. Paz is a community activist and Wiedenhoefer is director of Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA), a prisoner-reentry program for high-risk offenders that follows a restorative justice model.

The first program was broadcast October 3 and 10 at 10:00 p.m. and October 6 and 13 at 1:30 p.m. The second program will air on October 17, 24 and 31 at 10:00 p.m. and October 20 and 27 at 1:30 p.m.
