Christian colleges, sadly, often follow an evolution over time: they begin with a firm Christian commitment and then evolve over time further and further away from this commitment as they become distracted by worldly issues and crowd-pleasing initiatives. I was drawn to Fresno Pacific University by the FPU idea.
