Communication encompasses many disciplines and career fields, including those in media and digital arts, scholarly writing and journalism, and advertising. With the communication studies emphasis, you’ll be provided a broad introduction to these disciplines.

This emphasis will provide you with a solid background for entry-level work and advanced study in film, cinema, literature, advertising journalism and media, and organizational development.
