Students may request transcripts of their academic record, which would include all completed coursework, grades and degrees earned.

Before You Order
- A photo ID is required to pick up orders, due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
- All financial obligations must be cleared before a transcript request can be processed.
- If you are unsure about your financial obligations to the university, contact Student Financial Services at (559) 453-2041.
- If a hold has not cleared within 30 days, the request will be cancelled. You will need to submit a new request once the hold has cleared.
On the Transcript
Transcripts will come in an official sealed envelope.
Only graded courses will appear on the transcript. Degree completion, traditional undergraduate and graduate students may verify grade posting through Sunbird Central.
Ungraded courses in the current semester will not appear on your transcript. Enrollment for the current semester may be verified through enrollment verification.
Ordering a Transcript
Transcripts are processed within 1-3 business days. If you have not received your transcripts within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact the Registrar's Office. If you are ordering Electronic Transcripts please list correct recipient e-mail address. Also please be aware of recipients Electronic Transcript requirements.
