With the rapid growth in the sport and fitness industry, health fitness professionals are in high demand. The health fitness emphasis offers students a solid foundation of knowledge. Students will combine the benefits of an exercise-science type degree, which will prepare them for fitness certification, with a good foundation of business that can be built upon for future endeavors.
