Organizational Leadership
The bachelor of arts degree in organizational leadership is designed to develop the individual within the context of the organization. Leadership classes develop each student to increase the effectiveness of the organization. Techniques to facilitate change and to motivate people as well as work with individuals and groups within the organization are highlighted throughout the program. This academically challenging program will augment practical experience or prepare students for an MBA or other advanced study.

What are the admission requirements?
- Completed application form and $40 fee (fee waived if you attend an information meeting)
- All application pieces,official transcripts, recommendation form and admissions essay
- Minimum 2.4 GPA
- 60 transferable baccalaureate level units
- Seven years of post-secondary experience
