Payment Plans

Guidelines

All payments are due on the first of each month.

All payment plans are interest free.

Students must be enrolled in a payment plan by specific dates given through mass emails, posted on Campus Cruiser main page as well as emails sent to individual students. Students that do not enroll by the deadline will be administratively enrolled by their student account manager and subject to a $50 enrollment fee each semester.

Payment plans can be made online or with an account manager. Please call 559-453-2041 to schedule an appointment.

Options

  • Semester payment option:
    This plan considers each semester individually: September - January for fall; and February - July for spring. Balances are based on actual amounts and may vary as charges or credits are applied.
  • Pay-in-full option:
    Students may pay the semester balance in full. Payment deadline is dictated by the date when students must be enrolled in payment plans. If not paid in full by this time, the student will be enrolled in a payment plan and responsible for the $50 enrollment fee.

Prospective students who register for courses offered by the university are obligated for the payment of fees associated with registration for those courses. Failure to cancel registration in any course for a semester prior to the first week of the semester gives rise to an obligation to pay student fees including any tuition for the reservation of space in the course.

Fresno Pacific may withhold permission to register or to receive official transcripts of grades or other services offered by FPU from anyone owing fees or another debt to FPU. If a person believes he or she does not owe all or part of an asserted unpaid obligation, that person may contact his or her student account manager. Student accounts, or another office on campus to which student accounts may refer that person, will review all pertinent information and will advise that person of its conclusions.
