Student Account Dates & Deadlines
Payment plan deadlines:
- 14/FA - Enroll by August 10, 2014
- 15/SP - Enroll by February 16, 2015
If your balance is not paid in full by the enrollment deadline, you are missing financial aid paperwork or you are not covered by financial aid, you will be administratively enrolled into a payment plan. Payments are due the 1st and late after the 7th. (A $50.00 late fee will be assessed.)
Credit balance checks are issued on Fridays at noon as follows:
- 2014 Fall Semester
August: 22nd and 29th September: 12th and 26th October: 10th and 24th November: 7th and 21st December: 5th and 19th January: 9th
- 2015 Spring Semester
February: 20th and 27th March: 13th and 27th April: 10th and 24th May: 8th and 22nd June: 5th and 19th July: 3rd, 17th and 31st
You can sign up for e-refunds through Campus Cruiser/My Services/Online Payment Center/eRefunds. This will allow your credit balance check to be directly deposited into your personal account.
Health Insurance Information
Degree completion students who do not have health insurance may choose to enroll in the university's student health insurance plan. For 2014-2015 the health insurance cost is TBD for the full year. If you would like to purchase the school's health insurance, please contact our office at 559-453-2041.
