What if I need to drop a course?

If you have been attending a class and must drop during the course of the semester, you must go through the proper drop procedures as indicated with the Registrar’s Office and student accounts. If you fail to fill out the appropriate drop forms and we are not notified that you have dropped a class, you will be responsible for the cost of the course(s) for the duration of the semester. You are responsible to verify that the course(s) have been properly dropped and to verify with student accounts what, if any, refund will be given based on the date you submitted your drop form to the Registrar’s Office. Also, if you registered for a course and decided to never attend, you must still properly drop the course or you will be responsible for the cost of the course.
