Important Student Accounts Dates & Deadlines
Payment plan deadlines:
- 13/SS - Enroll by May 19, 2013
- 13/FA - Enroll by September 3, 2013
- 14/SP - Enroll by January 20, 2013
If your balance is not paid in full by the enrollment deadline, you are missing financial aid paperwork or you are not covered by financial aid, you will be administratively enrolled into a payment plan. Payments are due the 1st and late after the 7th. (A $50.00 late fee will be assessed.)
Credit balances are issued on Fridays at noon as follows:
- 2013 Fall Semester
September: 13th and 27th October: 11th and 25th November: 8th and 22nd December: 6th and 20th
- 2014 Spring Semester
January: 31st February: 14th and 28th March: 14th and 28th April: 11th and 25th May: 9th
- 2014 Summer Semester
May: 23rd June: 6th and 20th July: 4th and 18th August: 1st
You can sign up for e-refunds. This will allow your credit balance check to be directly deposited into your personal account.

Health Insurance Information
Graduate and seminary students who do not have health insurance may choose to enroll in the university's student health insurance plan. for the 2013-2014 school year, the health insurance cost is $2,222.00 for graduate students.
