To help our team serve you best, please submit all set-up requests at least one week prior to your event. 

Requests made with less than one week’s notice will be reviewed as time and resources allow, but accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

What kind of tables? The rectangular tables in SCC stay in that room and other tables will not be brought in.

Chairs
Will you be needing chairs?
Set Up
Be as specific as possible—including using directional signs—North/South/East/West to ensure your set up is done correctly. For more complex setups, please include a diagram of your set up request.
