The Fresno Pacific Dining Hall offers breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekdays, with modified hours on weekends.

FPU Dining Services offers a welcoming place for students to eat and connect.

Meals are professionally prepared by chefs with options to fit a range of tastes and schedules. We focus on quality, convenience and a strong sense of community. Whether students stop in between classes or gather with friends, dining is part of daily campus life.

      • Express To-Go Dinner: 6:30 p.m.–7 p.m.

Charlotte's Coffee Corner

FPU serves Kuppa Joy coffee at Charlotte’s, bringing a popular local favorite to campus. Students and visitors can enjoy high-quality coffee as part of their campus experience.

Bird Bucks

“Bird Bucks” are FPU’s declining balance program included with every meal plan. You can think of “Bird Bucks” similar to a gift card for food on campus. It works just like cash and is a great option to pay for coffee or snacks.

Meal plans and Bird Bucks (the extra dollars included with meal plans) can be used in the Caf, DeliCraft, or Charlotte’s Coffee Corner.

About

Provider Contract Food Services has been the food and catering services provider since the Summer of 2023.

Founded in 1989, Preferred Hospitality, Inc. (PHI), the parent company of Provider Contract Food Service, Market Broiler and MB Grille Restaurants, has made it our goal to provide guests and clients alike with the highest level of hospitality and value possible. Provider’s passion for the food we prepare and present is matched with our purpose; serving our guests. They aim to employ only those team players gifted in the area of hospitality. Their servant-style leadership and management practices have garnered Provider a stellar reputation within the foodservice industry; particularly so in the higher education arena.

At Provider, they bring together a staff of professionally trained chefs from diverse culinary backgrounds and hospitality managers with decades of retail dining experience, to elevate the art of breaking bread. They enjoy taking a fresh new slant on food preparation and presentation to achieve up-to-date and flavorful menu selections.
