In the Redemptive Leadership course, you will:

• Develop a north star strategy.
• Explore your mission, vision and values through a redemptive lens.
• Explore mental models and how to build them into your nonprofit.
• Explore your nonprofit’s capabilities and the value you deliver to our community.
• Define and determine your sensemaking strategy for opportunities and challenges.
• Walk away with a clearer sense of what Redemptive Leadership looks like in your nonprofit.
