Spiritual Formation Groups

Connecting Through Shared Identity and Experience

In partnership with the Intercultural Learning Center, Spiritual Formation Groups present an opportunity for spiritual formation through small group gatherings united around a shared identity, such as men, women, athletes or culture/ethnic background.

Current Spiritual Formation Groups include: Abide (Women’s Ministry), Alpha, Catholic Student Gatherings, Fellaship (Men’s Ministry) and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

Students who identify as part of these respective Spiritual Formation Groups can connect with others for community and encouragement!

If you are interested in leading one of these Spiritual Formation Groups, please check out the job description and apply here.

Current Spiritual Formation Groups

Abide

We are all about fostering a Christ-centered community for women on college campuses across the country.

We desire to invite every girl at Fresno Pacific into a space and community that encourages her to fall more in love with Jesus and create meaningful relationships with the women who are walking alongside her in pursuit of Christ.

Alpha

Alpha is a 10-week film series that explores the faith-related questions that we all wrestle with.

Gatherings take place on Mondays from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and are a judgement-free space centered around connection, content, and conversation. Participants will share meals together weekly, encounter a full picture of the gospel of Jesus and share in small group discussions. Participants who attend all 10 sessions will meet the minimum requirement for Spiritual Formation Credit.
