Requesting Transcripts

Students may request transcripts of their academic record, which would include all completed coursework, grades and degrees earned.

Before You Order

  • Electronic transcripts should be sent to the intended recipient. Forwarded transcripts are not official. Electronic transcripts need to be opened within 30 days of receipt. Once downloaded, electronic transcripts are only accessible for 6 months.
  • A photo ID is required to pick up orders, due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

On the Transcript

Transcripts will come in an official sealed envelope. Only graded courses will appear on the transcript. Degree completion, traditional undergraduate and graduate students may verify grade posting through Sunbird Central.

Ordering a Transcript

All online orders are fulfilled through National Student Clearinghouse.

If you have not received your transcripts within 3 weeks of ordering, please contact National Student Clearing House to inquire about your order at 1-703-742-4200

If you are ordering Electronic Transcripts please list correct recipient e-mail address. Also please be aware of recipients Electronic Transcript requirements.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are only available through Sunbird Central for a limited time after your degree has been conferred. Students are encouraged to save a copy of their unofficial transcripts before losing access to them. If you lose access to Sunbird Central please follow the link to request official transcripts.

Order Transcripts

Continuing Education (CE) & Center for Professional Development (CPD)

BEFORE you order your official Transcript, please make sure that you have received confirmation from the University (NOT your instructor) that your grade has been posted. There are three ways to confirm:

 

  1. Login to the CE website and click on Final Grade Report
  2. Login to the CE website and click on View My Classes
  3. Call the CPD Office (1-800-372-5505)

If you are certain that your grade is posted, please proceed with your Transcript order.
