Student Financial Services continues to help Fresno Pacific students.  Our office is closed during this time, so here’s how to make the shift online:

  • You can still reach our office by email at, or by phone at (559) 453-2041. Please leave a voicemail if no one answers and we will get right back to you.
  • If you are expecting a refund from your financial aid, the best way to receive that is through direct deposit right into your bank account.  By doing this you will not have to wait for your refund to come through the mail.  You may set up direct deposit at (click on the “Online Payment” tile). Once in the Online Payment Center, click on “Electronic Refunds” (on the right) and follow the process to verify your account.
  • If you have a payment due, please make your payment through our Online Payment Center at (click on the “Online Payment” tile). If you need to set up an authorized user (e.g. a parent or guardian) to make the payment, you can click on the “Authorized User” link from the Online Payment Center (top right). Once they have their login email, they will choose the guest user option for and click on the “Online Payment Center for Parents” tile.

    The Cashier will be available by phone to take payments starting Monday, August 17th from the hours of
    10:00AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday.

  • Advisors are currently still accepting appointments.  You can meet with your Advisor for a phone or video appointment.  Also, if you are having a hardship due to lost employment or other reasons related to our current crisis, please schedule an appointment with your Advisor so that we may find out how we can best assist you.   Please contact our office to schedule an appointment if you need one at this time, (559) 453-2041.

  • Please do not forget to complete the new 2020/2021 FAFSA at or through the mobile app.

Cashier Information

To accommodate busier periods, we have extended hours during the first week of each semester as well as the first payment due date of each month. For payments after-hours, students may drop off payments in our secured lock box to be posted the next business day.

Students can also schedule and make payments 24/7 via the Online Payment Center, accessible through Campus Cruiser.
